Shipping Policy

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR ORDER DATE

We primarily ship via USPS. Once your payment has been processed and verified, our team will ship your order within 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Please ensure that correct abbreviations are used and your shipping information has been input properly because we do not change addresses once an order has been placed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES VARY

We ship USPS and/or UPS. Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight. You can find out your actual shipping cost at check out. Prices on our site are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time your order is placed. All applicable customer fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs Fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay any customs fees for international orders. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes upon receiving the returned package we will refund the order minus the original cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product, the shipping option you choose, and the distance from our warehouse. All orders are shipped within 10-20 business days. If there are delays for any reason you will be notified by email.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
